Can’t always use regular buses due to disability? You can request a free ride from the VRT Access Paratransit program, a free, door-to-door ride service in the Treasure Valley.

  • When (check brochure below for times):

    • Boise: Monday–Saturday, mornings–nights

    • Meridian: Monday–Friday, mornings and evenings

    • Canyon County: Monday–Friday, mornings–nights

  • Where: Most of Ada and Canyon counties.

  • How:

    • Use the VRT Booking app

    • Book online

    • Call 208-345-7433

  • Fee: FREE for qualifying applicants

3 ways to apply for the program:

  1. Online: Visit ADAride.com (site seems old-school & fishy, but it’s legit)

    1. Fill out and submit the online application (about 10–15 minutes).

    2. Your provider will need to verify your info with ADArides.
      Ask them to fill out the verification form online by

      1. Visiting ADArides.com, and then

      2. Using the unique login & password displayed at the end of your online application. (Send this to them.)

  2. Phone: Call 877-232-7433

  3. Paper: Print and fill out the forms found at ADAride.com; then submit all your correspondence to:

Someone from ADAride will review the application and respond within a few weeks
